This solicitation is requested by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) Investigation Division (ID) has a requirement for four (4) non-reserved parking spaces for a 12 month base period and two (2) 12 month option periods located within one (1) city block from the office located at 290 Broadway, New York, NY. Please see the Statement of Work on page 9 for full specifications. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 812930 and will result in an open market, firm-fixed price contract. The government anticipates awarding a base period of 12-months and two (2) 12-month option periods. Please review Quote instructions on Page 13.
