The United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Office of Information and Security Services, hereby releases its structured cabling services request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% open-market set-aside for small businesses. The services will be provided at Fiscal Service’s three facilities in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area, and the requirement has a two-hour response time. A labor-hour contract with fixed-rate labor categories is anticipated for this requirement. Please review the attached documents for details, period of performance, applicable terms & conditions, and line-item characteristics. As this is a competitive procurement, discounts from labor rates are requested by the Government. IMPORTANT DUE DATES Questions Questions about the RFQ shall be submitted no later than 4:00pm Wednesday, October 28, 2020 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line of “Questions for Structured Cabling RFQ, ATTN: GFetty/JSwigart.” Questions received after that date and time may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received by the Government will not be considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. The Government will respond to questions through an amendment to the RFQ. Quotations Quotations for the RFQ shall be submitted no later than 4:00pm Monday, November 2, 2020 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line of “Quotation for Structured Cabling RFQ, ATTN: GFetty/JSwigart.” It is the responsibility of offerors to confirm Government receipt of quotations. Offerors are strictly prohibited from communicating directly with Fiscal Service personnel about this procurement action. All RFQ documents are attached to this solicitation.
