The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) is soliciting for Local Liaison Advisory Service (LLAS) in Costa Rica and Panama as described in the Performance Work Statement. The Government anticipates awarding an IDIQ with Firm Fixed Price Task Orders for LLAS services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. Interested offers shall e-mail questions no later than 2:00 PM ET on Thursday, December 22, 2022, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “RFQ-IAF-15000-23-0002 LLAS Support Service Costa Rica/Panama, Attn: BS/EP”. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Offerors shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “RFQ-IAF-15000-23-0002 LLAS Support Service Costa Rica/Panama, Attn: BS/EP”, no later than 2:00 pm ET on Wednesday.
