The United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Disbursing and Debt Management Services (DDM), hereby releases its Management Consultant to Support DDM Input Management request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% open-market set-aside for small businesses. The services will be provided virtually for Fiscal Service's facilities in Birmingham, AL, Austin, TX, and Washington, DC. A Labor-Hour Contract with a fixed-rate labor category is anticipated for this requirement. Please review the attached documents for details, period of performance, applicable terms & conditions, and line-item characteristics. As this is a competitive procurement, discounts from labor rates are requested by the Government. IMPORTANT DUE DATES Questions Questions about the RFQ shall be submitted no later than 2:00pm Monday, April 3, 2023 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line of "RFQ-FSA-48140100-23-009 DDM Input Management ATTN: TWiggers/TAshcroft." Questions received after that date and time may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received by the Government will not be considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. The Government will respond to questions through an amendment to the RFQ. Quotations Quotations for the RFQ shall be submitted no later than 2:00pm Thursday, April 6, 2023 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line of "RFQ-FSA-48140100-23-009 DDM Input Management ATTN: TWiggers/TAshcroft." It is the responsibility of offerors to confirm to confirm Government receipt of quotations.
