This notice/solicitation provides Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) multiple award contracts vendors under the Subscription Category fair opportunity to be considered pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(1)(i). This solicitation is issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of its Office of the Chief Counsel for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) on-line legal research service subscription. This notice/solicitation has been prepared in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1)(ii). Only quotes from FEDLINK Subscription Contractors are being requested and will be considered. The attached supplemental terms and conditions, quote instructions, and award determination/evaluation criteria apply to this acquisition. Interested FEDLINK Contractors can view the attachment labeled RFQ- FSA-200000-22-0001 for the complete quotation instructions for providing a responsive quote for consideration. Failure to submit any of the requested information or follow any of the stated guidelines may result in the quote being determined non-responsive. Non-responsive quotes will not be eligible for award.
