This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by Fiscal Services Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) is issuing a Request for Quote for the “Brand Name or Equal” Renewal of existing Global Banking Resource and Banker's Almanac – Subscription and possible additional subscriptions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation documents, quotes are being requested as described in the attached RFQ FIN 55100 21 0010 solicitation persuant to FAR clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Questions: Questions received on or before 10:00 am, ET, December 9th, 2020 at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of "Questions RFQ-FIN-55100-21-0010 Attn: JS/MH " will be answered in an amendment to the RFQ. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with FinCEN personnel about this procurement action.
