This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as a 100% Small Business set-aside for the purchase of Brand Name, Apptopia Mobile Intelligence Data Platform licenses as described in the Attachment B – Pricing Sheet. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside to Small Business vendors utilizing NAICS code 541519. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. Vendors must be Authorized Re-sellers of Apptopia to be considered. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any quotation instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote.
