This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to authorized re-sellers of Brand Name, HackerOne subscriptions as described in the Attachment B – Pricing Sheet. This Open Market solicitation on SAM.gov is a 100% Small Business set-aside to authorized re-sellers of HackerOne products utilizing NAICS 541519. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any quotation instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. Please assure that offers include answers to the SLA Clarification Requests in Attachment D. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 1700 (05:00 PM EST) Monday, September 20, 2021 to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “RFQ-CFP-20440-21-0038, Questions BS/PW”.
