The purpose of this Amendment 3 is to provide a response to a follow-up questions received as a result of the Q&A provided in Amendment 2. All aspects of this solicitation which were not revised as part of Amendment 1 and 2 remain unchanged. The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to provide responses to follow-up questions received as a result of the Q&A provided in Amendment 1. All aspects of this solicitation which were not revised as part of Amendment 1 remain unchanged. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide responses to the questions received to the original solicitation and to extend the due date. Please see the updated RFQ-CDF-23-SOPS Amendment 1 and Questions and Responses documents attached herein. The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (The CDFI Fund) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for “Administrative Services for Streamlining Standard Operating Procedures.” Task orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 and the Offeror’s current GSA MAS 541611. This requirement does not have a small business set-aside.Offerors must have a current GSA MAS 541611 schedule contract in order to be eligible for this BPA award. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror shall submit a quote that clearly contains the required specifications contained in the Quotation Instructions and the Performance Work Statements. Please submit your proposals in accordance with the Quotation Instructions on the attached document titled RFQ-CDF-23-SOPS for the Base BPA, and complete the Attachment 1 - Labor Categories and Rates (Base) as well as Attachment 5 - Initial BPA Order Pricing Sheet.
