The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to provide responses to previously submitted vendor questions and to extend the dealine for quotation submission to Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 2:30 PM (ET). Please refer to the updated attachments list for the Questions and Responses document. All other aspects of this RFQ remain unchanged. The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (The CDFI Fund) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for, “CDFI Data Collection, Reporting and Management Services”. Task orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 and the Offeror’s current GSA contract. This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a snall business size standard of $21.5 Million. To be considered technically acceptable, the Offeror shall submit a quote that clearly contains the required specification contained in the Quotation Instuctions and Performance Work Statements. Please submit your proposals in accordance with the Quotation Instructions on the attached document titled RFQ-CDF-22-FSandR for the base BPA, and complete the Attachment 1 - Labor Categories and Rates (Base) and Attachment 5 - Task Order 1 Pricing Sheet.
