Please see the attached Questions and Answer (Amendment 1) document. The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (The CDFI Fund) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the requirement entitled, “CDFI Data Collection, Reporting and Management Services”. The CDFI Fund anticipates awarding a task order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 and the Offeror’s current GSA contract. This requirement is being issued as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-aside under NAICS code 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a small business size standard of $21.5 Million. To be considered technically acceptable, the Offeror shall submit a quote that clearly contains the required specifications contained in the Quatation Instructions and Performance Work Statements. Please submit your proposals in accordance with the Quotations Instructions on the attached document titled RFQ-CDF-22-FSandR for the base BPA, and complete the Attachment 1 - Labor Categories and Rates (Base) and Attachment 5 - Task Order 1 Pricing Sheet.
