Full details, including a PWS will be posted. The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) requires an Architectural and Engineering Services BPA. The work consists of specific architectural and engineering services for a continuing care retirement community to include, but not limited to, feasibility study, concept design, plans and specifications, construction cost estimates, field engineering investigation, new building and renovation work, construction management and bridging documents for design/build for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH). The BPA will be for a five-year period and the BPA Orders periods of performance will be identified at the BPA Order level.
