All other aspects as provided in the original solicitation or as amended in Amendment 1 remain unchanged. ***** Amendment 1 ***** The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide responses to questions received and to provide revised solicitation documents. Any solicitation documents that have been revised are attached with "(Amd. 1)" in the title. All other aspects of this solicitation remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of their Information and Security Services (ISS), is issuing this unrestricted Brand-Name or Equal solicitation with NAICS 518210 to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for obtaining Mainframe Cloud Transition Services and Support on an as needed basis. Fiscal Service requires transition to a cloud mainframe that is either IBM (SmartCloud) or equal in its capabilities of providing minimum salient characteristics, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein. IMPORTANT DUE DATES Questions Questions received on or before 10:00 am, ET, January 3, 2023, at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov , with the subject line of "Questions for RFP-CIO-30100000-23-001 Attn: MG/RR/DV" will be answered as an amendment to the solicitation.
