No. Is there an incumbent and if so, what is the contract award number and value? Yes. This Contract number 20342319C00039 was awarded to John P. Goodloe, Sr. in the amount of $352,500.00. Does the Agency have a budget cap / range for the proposal? We are not at liberty to say at this point in the solicitation. Is the Chaplin expected to reside on base? No Original Posting: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington, DC has a need for Protestant Chaplain Services. This solicitation will be posted SAM.gov as 100% Small Business Set-aside. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract will be issued as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Vendor that presents the best value and meets technical specifications. In addition to the proposal for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, and attachments must be completed, and included with your proposals. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section within the clause package for complete details for this solicitation. The overall Period of Performance (PoP) for this acquisition is one (1) twelve-month Base Period, and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is date of award through one (1) twelve-month Base Period, and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods. IMPORTANT DUE DATES Questions shall be submitted No Later Than (NLT) 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday 06/26/2024, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line, “RFP AFRW-RS-24-0011 Protestant Chaplain Services Questions RVBrown/GLJohnson” Proposal shall be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Friday 06/28/2024, to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line, “RFP AFRW-RS-24-0011 Protestant Chaplain Services Proposals RVBrown/GLJohnson.” It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure/confirm timely receipt. The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring that it is in accordance with Fiscal Services security requirements.
