Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking establishment of Delivery Orders (DO) for Medical Supplies as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRH-0125-2024. The Government anticipates awarding a Delivery Order (DO) award. The DO will include one (1) 12-month Base Period, with four (4) 12-month Option Periods, with a period of performance of 04/19/2024 – 04/18/2029. It is anticipated that the Delivery Orders issued will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies. INSTRUCTIONS TO Offerors Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Tuesday 2/13/2024, and must follow these instructions: Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.
