July 08, 2022 Subject: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Food Service Equipment – Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services - Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Gulfport Mississippi Campus. Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS) is issuing solicitation RFP-AFRG-07-08-2022 for Food Service Equipment Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home – (AFRH-G) located in Gulfport, MS, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attachments. This action is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 811412. The Government anticipates award of a Hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price/Labor Hour contract resulting from this solicitation. The contract will be awarded for one (1) twelve-month Base Period and up to two (2) twelve-month Option Periods, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. In addition to the proposal for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to the vendor, must be completed, and included with your proposal.
