Amendment # 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to vendor questions. *** See attached Q and A for IT Support Services document *** Amendment #3 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension of this soliciation to Wednesday, August 04, 2021 at 02:00pm EST. SUBJECT: The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Denali Commission (DNC) is hereby requesting a formal quote for IT Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in this solicitation. This is a Best Value 100% small business set-aside to small business vendors, referencing NAICS 541519. The Government intends to issue a Best Value, firm-fixed-price/labor hour hybrid, award with a 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option years. Please follow instructions for submitting quotations and evaluation criteria located in the solicitation package. Proposals must be in line with Section 2(C)(1) of the included Performance Work Statement (PWS), meeting all in-person and remote servicing requirements and dispatch timeframes. Special Project quantities are unknown at this time. For evaluation purposes, Contractors are asked to price per each Special Project noted within the PWS. Contractors shall include a written phase-in plan as part of the proposal in response to this solicitation in accordance with the details provided in the PWS.
