The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify an appropriate vendor pool able to develop a Federal Information Security Management Act ( FISMA) and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant web-based Electronic Voting System (EVS). The system will be used to conduct representation elections among the employees of airlines and railroads. Respondents to this RFI shall be able to perform all of the duties/requirements contained in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Request for Quote (RFQ) is anticipated to be released in the future upon completion of all Market Research. This RFI is being pursued with the NAICS code 541519. If you are capable of providing the services detailed in the RFI SOW, please submit the following information to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line: Poore/Cooper –RFI-NMB-22-076, no later than 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Please provide all of the below information to the email address provided. * Brief Capability Statement (5 page maximum) * Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number * Vendor Point of Contact * SB Size Designation * Existing Government Contract Vehicle Number (if applicable) The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. Any questions about this RFI will not be entertained, as a vendor pool is all that is being sought at this time. Questions and Answers will be fielded during the RFQ period in the future. No other information regarding this Sources Sought will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not an offer that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice.
