This acquisition is to provide program management support services to the IRA Initiative 1.2 program management office in support of the Commissioner’s Inflation Reduction Act Strategic Operating Plan. Support includes stakeholder engagement, briefing materials and other artifacts, developing and monitoring performance metrics and assisting in meeting the goals of the 1.2 Initiative in expanding digital services and digitalization. The main objective is that taxpayers will be able to file all documents securely and exchange correspondence electronically.
