Please see the attachment labeled "Amd 1 - Questions and Answers" for details. This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice issued by the United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of Fiscal Service’s Office of Debt Management Services (DMS). The purpose of this notice is to obtain industry information and identify potential sources that are both capable of, and interested in, providing a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) financial data reporting solution as described herein. This information is being sought for acquisition planning purposes only. DMS is seeking to identify a commercial-off-the-shelf reporting solution for financial data. The COTS solution must have all of the attributes listed in Appendix A – Financial Reporting System (Artiva Replacement) of this RFI document. Vendors shall submit responses to this notice by e-mail to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 4:00pm Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Responses shall reference “RFI-FSA-21-137, ATTN: COHSE/MGUMP” in the subject line of the e-mail message.
