This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice (RFI/SS) issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) on behalf of Debt Management Services (DMS). The purpose of this RFI/SS notice is to obtain industry information and identify potential sources that are both capable of and interested in providing assistance in the recovery of delinquent debt owed to the federal government outlined herein. The information is being sought for acquisition planning purposes. Debt Management Services (DMS) is an organization within Fiscal Service. The mission of DMS is to identify, prevent, collect, and resolve debt owed to government agencies. DMS’s mission is to work with Federal government agencies to provide a comprehensive debt management program. In addition, DMS provides debt collection services to the states. Through this mission, DMS protects the financial interests of the American people through the identification and prevention of improper payments, efficient receivables management, and collection of delinquent debt. Vendors shall submit responses to this RFI by e-mail to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 4:00pm Eastern time Friday, April 24, 2020. Responses shall reference “Response to RFI-FSA-20-058 ATTN: GF/BB” in the subject line of the e-mail message.
