Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide an answer to a question related to the specifications of the requirement. ***Question - When reviewing the RFI I noticed that there were no optical detectors listed. Can you confirm there are no optical detectors required? ***Answer - We will be relying upon the mass detector. The instrument must be able to function without an optical detector, or the optical detector must be included. However, all systems should be able to function without the optical detector. Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response time of this Request for Information to 07/24/2020 at 1000 (10:00AM). Request for Information - RFI: The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is seeking sources to establish an appropriate and capable vendor pool for RFI-CPS-20-092. This RFI, and any resulting RFQ, is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside to vendors utilizing NAICS 334516. This opportunity is posted to beta.SAM.gov utilizing the code RFI-CPS-20-092. This RFI is to find a viable SB vendor pool to provide a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/MS/MS) to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
