The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking information on providing Commercial High Voltage Installation Services for Power Generation Equipment to be installed at the AFRH Washington, DC location. Responses must include sufficient information and evidence that clearly shows the Vendor is capable of providing the required services. Qualified Vendors must provide the following: 1. The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size (Large Business, Small Business, Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, Woman-owned, etc.) based on NAICS Code 238210, size standard $16.5m. Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. 2. A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 2 pages) that includes a description of your company's standard line of business and experience. 3. Vendors shall provide their DUNS, and if you are Registered in System for Award Management (In order to work with the Government)? 4. Please provide responses to the questions below: Are you registered in SAM under NAICS 238210? Do you have a Washington, DC Electrical Contractor License? If yes, please list License #: Do you do Commercial Electrical Installations? Have you installed 480 volt AC equipment? Are you familiar with 125 volt DC control power? Have you done installations for the Federal Government? Have you worked with Industrial Electric Mfg. VESTA-AR Switchgear? Are you CAT Gas Generator Installation Certified? Please provide Past Performance: The Vendor shall be evaluated on performance under existing and prior contracts for similar services. The Government will focus on information that demonstrates the Offeror’s quality of performance relative to the size and complexity of the procurement, cost control, timeliness, problem resolution, and business relations under existing or prior contracts, as well as the relevance of the project. The relevance of the Vendor’s past performance will be evaluated on work comparability in terms of size, scope, and complexity, and relationship to skill sets furnished when compared to the requirements. Responses to this RFI must be submitted no later than Monday, December 20 at 2:00pm EST. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line: RFI-AFRH-22-0027 BC/BG. Responses provided after this date will be considered as non-responsive. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Request for Information will be provided at this time.
