This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price construction ordering vehicle for repair and alteration projects at the Main Treasury building and the Freemans Bank Building in Washington, D.C. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set-aside with further preference given to Woman-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The work encompasses a wide range of general construction tasks, including interior and exterior renovations and repairs, to be performed on an as-needed basis. Interested contractors must be registered and verified in the System for Award Management (SAM). There is no overall project magnitude for the ordering vehicle, as budgets will be determined at the individual task order level.
