Extend the question period through 25 October 2023 (Answers to questions received by 16 October 2023 will be posted soon). b. Change the RFI response date to 1 November 2023. c. Revise the "Instructions" section, to add the following statement: The IRS / OCPO requires the support of multiple Contractors with extensive experience providing administrative and professional support services to support the mission of the IRS and the individual missions of the IRS. OCPO anticipates a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) acquisition strategy. Amendment 1; 10/18/2023 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise the OCPO BPA RFI, specifically the "Submission Instructions" section, to add the following statement: Vendors do not have to respond to each scope category only the ones they have requisite past performance experience in. This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal or quote. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), is requesting information on the current market capabilities of administrative and professional support services providers with the ability to provide qualified personnel to assist the IRS in managing and implementing projects and programs as defined in individual call orders. The intent of this RFI is to obtain information that will assist the IRS /OCPO in determining the market for vendors with this capability. The IRS / OCPO requests information from administrative and professional support services providers with the capability of providing services in the areas of, but not limited to: Procurement Optimization Consulting Services. Acquisition Pre-Planning Support, Acquisition Package Development, Requirement Writing and Planning Support. Procurement Data Analysis, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Procurement PowerBI Dashboards and SharePoint Support. Administrative / Executive Support. Organizational Effectiveness. Program / Project Management, Procurement Strategic Planning, Procurement Performance Metrics / Key Performance Indicators. Procurement Policy and Procedure Optimization Support. Procurement Communication Support. Vendor / Industry Engagement Support. Acquisition Support Services. The IRS / OCPO is seeking RFI responses from Interested Parties, which shall be provided in three (3) Sections, capabilities statement, relevant contracts, and industry feedback. See attached RFI for section details. Questions in response to this RFI shall be sent via email to Alyssa Seiden at Alyssa.j.seiden@irs.gov and Janelle Meredith at Janelle.M.Meredith@irs.gov.no later than 1:00pm Eastern Time (ET) on 25 October 2023. The Government reserves the right to respond to some, all or none of the questions submitted. No phone calls will be accepted; all correspondence shall be in writing at this time. Submissions must be received no later than 1:00pm Eastern Time (ET) on 1 November 2023.
