The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby announces its intent to solicit and enter into a sole source contract with Accurent, LLC 11500 Alterra Pkwy, Suite 110, Austin, TX 78758, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one source is reasonably available, and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The OCC requires software maintenance support for its Conference Office Booking System (COBS) to schedule conference room reservations along with related resources (i.e. audio visuals, catering, etc). The software used to run the OCC’s COBS is Accruents Event Management System. The OCC already owns a perpetual license to the EMS software but needs to buy the maintenance and support package to ensure OCC has adequate customer support when needed and timely updates to the software. The period of performance is a 10.01.22 – 09.30.23, a base of 12-months and three 12-month option periods. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within five business days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
