The IRS Office of Research, Applied Analytics and Statistics (RAAS) requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for contractor support services to employ and utilize technical data analytics methodologies, and processes that will support the understanding, problem solving, issue identification, and decision making for IRS business partners. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the IRS Performance Work Statement entitled, Data Analytics and Innovation Support 2.0. Solicitation RFQ-700003572 will be available on or about August 3, 2023, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration’s (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) SIN 541611, Professional Services; Business Administrative Services (PSBAS), Order-Level Material (OLM). All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through www.gsa.ebuy.gov.
