All documentation shall become the property of the Government and will not be returned. ***********************************************************************************************************************The IRS is seeking a product that will provide the IRS with an Enterprise-Wide Social Media Relationship Management Tool to manage and analyze social media messaging and provide social listening on public social media platforms, which includes, but is not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The goal is to have a product that can meet our basic needs of managing social media with a team of 15 people minimum with analytics and provide additional in-depth features that allow IRS greater reporting capabilities for social listening for an all-inclusive product of social media management, analytics and social media listening.
