This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Order under FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award an open market sole source order to FM:Systems Group, LLC for annual maintenance of Resource Scheduler Software for a period of 12 months (10/07/2020 – 10/06/2021). This is a follow-on requirement is in support of the necessary operations Internal Revenue Service – Human Capital Office training mission. Specifically, Resource Scheduler is a proprietary software by FM Systems/Asure Software and this web-based client is an essential element in the HCO’s ability to manage the scheduling of Training Rooms within the Centralized Delivery Services Department. The proprietary software consist of algorithms used in the software that support the services specifically required for this acquisition, maintenance/support services can only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized resellers/channel partners. Responses to this notice will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement no later than 11 AM EST, September 11, 2020. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
