The IRS Financial Services Branch, with the CFO as primary business customer, operates the Integrated Financial System (IFS), the agency’s core financial system supporting budget formulation/execution, general ledger, cost accounting, payables/receivables, procurement, asset accounting, and financial reporting. IFS has been migrated to the National Security Services (NS2) cloud, and the current contract provides NS2 hosting (PaaS), SAP software licenses/maintenance, and network connectivity/security solutions. This SOW is for continuation of those SAP-based services/solution, covering implemented processes such as SAP ECC budget execution, payroll, procurement, eTravel, financial reporting, fund/cost accounting, SAP BW, SAP Enterprise Portal, and SAP SRM/PPS. The Department of Treasury/IRS seeks an experienced and reliable provider of SAP software subscriptions, cloud hosting, and maintenance, with proposed CLINs covering SAP BW NetWeaver, BusinessObjects, ERP private cloud, HANA, Solution Manager, disaster recovery, custom scope services, and SAP Secure Enterprise Support.
