The contractor shall provide 59 hours of support for the EBS Webtrends Analytics on Premise implementation with tasks including but not limited to: Business and/or Technical requirements definition Data collection strategy Knowledge transfer Business and/or Technical solution design Creation and modification of reporting Analysis of data and recommendations for improvement Project Management This award will be for a 12 month base year and (4) (1) year option periods.
