The contractor shall provide comprehensive staff acquisition products and services to successfully recruit, evaluate, and acquire a talented and motivated workforce for their current and future workforce needs. This requirement is to procure support needed to implement strategic and operational human capital solutions that effectively address the Internal Revenue Service’s current and prepare them for their future human capital needs.
