With the implementation of the new tax laws and regulations and workforce retirements and turnover, IRS is positioning themselves to have a “Ready Workforce” that is able to address and accomplish evolving priorities and objectives based on anticipated and un-anticipated changes in their mission requirements. The contractor shall provide comprehensive staff acquisition products and services to successfully recruit, evaluate, and acquire a talented and motivated workforce for their current and future workforce needs. This requirement is to procure support needed to implement strategic and operational human capital solutions that effectively address the Internal Revenue Service’s current and prepare them for their future human capital needs.
