This Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Acquisition Planning Branch's Request for Information (RFI) is an industry survey for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. Please be advised that your participation in this survey is not required to ensure participation in future solicitations and contract awards. Participation in this survey is voluntary and the Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation as a result of this RFI. Responses to this survey are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may or may not be released. Responses and capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date. Responders should keep in mind that only focused and pertinent information is requested. Generic corporate marketing materials, which do not address the requirements set forth below, should not be submitted. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
