The purpose of this notice is to obtain market research information from all Businesses that are capable of providing the described commodities. The Government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based on responses to this notice and is at the sole discretion of the Government. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote(RFQ). Respondents are advised not to include any confidential business information with a response as the Government does not guarantee confidentiality of the information received. The purpose of this request is to gain knowledge of potential qualified business concerns capable of providing the commodities listed in the attachment to Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) offices located throughout the nation. The objective of this sources sought notice is to obtain commodities (PPE/Hand Sanitizer) for multiple facilities located thoughout the nation. Please note that responses to this notice are due no later than May 17, 2020 at 4 PM ET. Acceptance of late responses are at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The IRS is requesting answers to the following questions: 1. Is one company/your company capable of meeting all locations (and mailroom locations) listed in the excel sheet? 2. Do you recommend multiple awards/contracts based on the items listed or can your company provide them all? 3. What is the estimated timeline for providing each item?
