This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for hotel and ancillary services to support The Department of the Treasury’s mission critical trainings and events nationwide. The Government intends to award up to seven (7) IDIQ contracts. The Government may, at its sole discretion, make one award, multiple awards, or none at all. From the pool of IDIQ contract holders, Task Orders for subsequent requirements will be awarded using the procedures stated at FAR16.505. On December 3, 2020, the Government will host a Virtual Industry Day Solicitation Walk Through. On December 3, the Government will walk through the requirements of the solicitation and the necessary elements of a successful proposal. Please review the DRAFT solicitation and all attachments before requesting to attend the virtual event. To ensure an efficient and quality event, only parties who can meet the requirements of the RFP and are eligible to submit a proposal should attend the virtual event.
