The current system is near end of life and needs to be replaced. A solution that is chosen must offer enhanced capability and real-time communications which can be supported by the BEP IT staff. Four Winds Interactive (software) FWI was chosen because it is compatible with the existing IT framework and is an on-premise system, as other solutions were Cloud based and not FED RAMP approved. BEP’ Policy 432.12 is that all cloud solutions must be FED RAMP approved). The period of performance for this system is 12 months from date of award and (2) 12-month option periods.
