The BEP is seeking sources that can provide the following: The BEP requires two brand name or equal TOYOTA MODEL 8FBE20U, 3-Wheel Sit-Down AC Electric Forklift. Salient characteristics the system must equal or exceed the following salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics: See attachments. RESPONSE INFORMATION: Interested Parties whose products possess the above characteristics are invited to submit the following information in a Capability Statement which includes the following: 1. The Sources Sought number 2. Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), email address, ALL applicable NAICS code(s), company's socioeconomics (i.e., woman owned, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8a, etc.) and DUNS Number. 3. The name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a technical point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with a Government representative 4. Identification of any GSA schedule numbers and SIN categories 5. Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM) Cost estimate (for budgetary purposes only) 6. Statement acknowledging your company can deliver the forklifts within 30 days of the order being placed. 7. Does your company offer rental/leasing options with an option to purchase? AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION). A FUTURE NOTICE MAY BE POSTED IF A SOLICITATION IS RELEASED.
