The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses interested in providing recurring snow and ice removal services at its Washington, DC Facility. The work involves clearing approximately 102,700 square feet of sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, entrances, emergency exits, and other designated areas. Respondents are asked to confirm capability, provide a rough order of magnitude estimate, and recommend a fixed-price contract structure. The government is also seeking feedback on provisions that could affect competition and on compliance with small business subcontracting limitations.
