REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste Disposal, Clean-up, and Management Services The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste Disposal, Clean-up, and Management Services as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotation. Responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs associated with responding to this notice. Requested Information Interested businesses are requested to provide: Company name, UEI, and point of contact. Business size and socioeconomic status under NAICS 562211, as applicable (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, or Other Than Small Business). Capability and Interest: Briefly confirm whether your company is interested in and capable of performing the requirements of the attached draft PWS, including the required hazardous and non-hazardous waste management services. Relevant Experience: Provide one example of a similar requirement performed within the past five years, including the customer, brief description of services, and approximate contract value. Responses should be limited to two (2) pages, excluding a cover page. Response Due Date Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at Jerkendra.holloway@bep.gov no later than October 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
