Proposals due 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday 09/06/2023 08/22/2023 *** AMENDMENT 1 *** The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions, and extend the Request for Proposal date to Monday 08/28/2023 at 10:00 AM EST Please see Amendment 1 Attachment for Vendor Questions, and Answers. 08/09/2023 SUBJECT: The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-W) in Washington DC, is seeking establishment of a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRW-TRANS-24-0001. The Government anticipates awarding a BPA award that shall not exceed $550,000.00. The BPA will include one (1) 12-month Base Period, with four (4) 12-month Option Periods, with a period of performance of 11/22/2023 – 11/21/2028. It is anticipated that each BPA order issued under this BPA will be Firm-Fixed-Price and first BPA order will be issued as needed. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 485991 Special Needs Transportation.
