Amendment I The purpose of this amendment is to address vendor questions, and extend the RFP due date to 10:00 a.m. Friday 05/31/2024. Is this a brand-new contract or if there is/was an incumbent performing these services? If not brand new, could you please provide the current/previous contract number? We are permitted to share the incumbent name, and amount of award only. This is not brand new, the last contract was awarded to Music Ministry International in the amount of $369,000.00. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington, DC has a need for Catholic Chaplain Services. This solicitation will be posted unrestricted on SAM.gov. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract will be issued as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Vendor that presents the best value and meets technical specifications. In addition to the proposal for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, and attachments must be completed, and included with your proposals. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section within the clause package for complete details for this solicitation. The overall Period of Performance (PoP) for this acquisition is one (1) twelve-month Base Period, and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is date of award through one (1) twelve-month Base Period, and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods.
