REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington, DC has a need for Catholic Chaplain Services. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business set aside. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract will be issued as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Vendor that presents the lowest cost and meets technical specifications. In addition to the proposal for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, and attachments must be completed, and included with your proposals. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section within the clause package for complete details for this solicitation. The overall Period of Performance for this acquisition is one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods. The anticipated dates for this Period of Performance are 12/07/2023 – 12/06/2028.
