Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Fiscal Service to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov on or before 10:00 a.m. EST, Monday, 08/27/21 with the subject line " RFP-AFRW- RS-22-0003 Catholic Chaplain Services Quote RVB/GLJ".
