SUBJECT: The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Non-Emergency Transportation Services Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Non-Emergency Transportation Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRG-CO-24-0013. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract award. The Contract will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods, with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 06/18/2024 – 06/17/2029. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process.
