INTRODUCTION: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Procurement, Office of Business Solutions Acquisition (OBSA), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified and responsible small business, with the capability to provide a program management support solution that meets the Governments needs as described in the draft performance work statement (PWS). Interested parties are requested to identify any Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts applicable to the NAICS Code 541611 – Administrative Management Consulting Services. The result of the market research will contribute to determine the method of procurement. DISCLAIMER – This is a Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. This RFI is not a purchase order or a commitment to purchase.? This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to award a contract now or in the future. This document shall not be construed as a request or authorization to perform work at the government's expense.?Any expense incurred in responding to this RFI shall be borne exclusively by the respondent.?No cost shall be charged to the government for any reason. The Government may issue an RFP at a later date for similar services as those described in this document. There is, however, no guarantee that the government will issue an RFP.?The information in this RFI is accurate to the best of the Government’s knowledge but is not guaranteed to be correct. Any information of a confidential or proprietary nature contained in the respondent’s answers should be clearly marked ‘PROPRIETARY’ or ‘CONFIDENTIAL’. Reasonable precautions will be taken to safeguard information marked proprietary or confidential. All respondent documentation shall become the property of the Government and will not be returned. Submission of a response constitutes acknowledgement that the respondent has read, understood, and agrees to accept the statements herein the disclaimer. SUBMISSON INSTRUCTIONS: All interested parties are invited to submit a capability statement along with their responses and feedback. The capability statement must specifically address the respondent’s ability to provide services as described in the draft PWS. The overall total page limit for responses to this RFI is ten (10) single-sided pages. Font size shall be no smaller than Times New Roman 12. Responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Responses should be complete and sufficiently detailed. Please do not submit marketing material.
