Enterprise Data Pipeline Modernization and Data Consumption Services
The IRS is conducting market research via this Sources Sought Synopsis to identify capable sources for Enterprise Data Pipeline Modernization and Data Consumption Services supporting IMF modernization efforts such as ITPE/CADE 2, EDP, TAMS, IMFRA, legislative requirements, and Filing Season readiness. The contemplated work includes data pipeline modernization, data engineering/integration, data product development and business intelligence consumption, metadata/governance/security/data quality, self-service analytics, AI-assisted legacy modernization, DevSecOps, testing, production support, and transition/knowledge transfer under NAICS 541512. The anticipated total value is between $15 million and $20 million for a one-year base period plus two 12-month option periods, though this estimate is for market research only and may change. Primary performance is anticipated at the contractor’s facility, with possible performance at IRS locations in Lanham, Maryland; Memphis, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; Dallas, Texas; and Ogden, Utah, and other IRS locations may be added. A Draft PWS is attached for review, but this is not an RFP/RFQ and no award is committed.
