This is a Sources Sought Notice only for IRS information and planning, not an RFQ/RFP; the IRS is not currently seeking quotes or proposals, and responders bear all costs. The IRS seeks capability statements from vendors capable of providing Criminal Investigation medical services to evaluate physical, emotional, and mental stability per the draft Performance Work Statement. Responders should describe their capabilities, confirm interest, and state whether they would submit a quote/proposal if this becomes a solicited requirement. Responses should include company name, address, UEI, point of contact, business size under NAICS 511210 with a $1.2 million size standard, and identify associated GWAC vehicles such as GSA Schedule, OASIS, SEWP, or 8(a) STARS III. Capability statements are limited to a 6-page body plus a 1-page cover sheet, single-spaced in Times New Roman 12 pitch or larger, and must be submitted electronically via email to Kim Cardinali.
