This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for preventive maintenance and repair services for three OPEX/OMATION mail extraction systems at the IRS campus in Andover, MA. The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to OPEX Corporation as the OEM, but is allowing other vendors to submit capability statements. The period of performance is a one-year base period beginning May 1, 2026, with three one-year option periods extending through April 30, 2030. The scope requires quarterly preventive maintenance, on-site repairs, and the use of OEM-certified parts and technicians. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis if competition is obtained.
