1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation (5000190669) is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. All responsible sources may submit a quote. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561920 Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a small business size standard of $20 Million , and 531120 for Lessors of Nonresidential Building (except Miniwarehouses) with a small business size standard of $34 Million. 3. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. 4. Description of service: The purpose of this requirement is to secure a venue with the capacity to accommodate 500 attendees to conduct private interviews for an IRS hiring event. The venue must be located within a 25-mile radius from the central point of the city/downtown and preferred to be located within 30-mile radius of the international or regional airport. A total of two (2) to three (3) rooms are needed to be set-up and available daily on the designated dates, from 5:00am to 7:00pm local Time. One room will be utilized to process the applicants, the subsequent room(s) will be used to conduct interviews and for the selecting officials. The Contractor shall provide available personnel to setup rooms on the evening before the first interview day (9/24/2024) no later than 8:00 p.m. EST. Examples of the room set-up, number of tables, chairs and easels are detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Section 7, SET UP EXAMPLE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 5. Offeror(s) responding to this request must: Be registered in the System for award Management (SAM). Must be able to pass a tax check. Read the SOW and provide questions timely to the point of contact (POC). Provide quotes for the combined solicitation/synopsis in accordance with the SOW and the CLIN structure listed on the SF-1447. Submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Item. Quotes from responsible sources must be submitted timely to be considered. 6. Due Date for Questions: All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the designated points of contact (POCs) via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 9:00am EST on Friday, August 23, 2024. Responses to questions/inquiries will provided to the Offeror(s) no later than Tuesday, August 27, 2024 Submit questions/inquiries to the attention of Darnesha Kennedy via e-mail at Darnesha.L.Kennedy@irs.gov. 7.
