Altova, Inc., Inc is the sole provider for Altova XMLSpy 2024 Professional XML Editor - SMP licenses and Support & Maintenance Package (SMP) for Altova GmbH . The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services with a business size standard of 34M. Although a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The vendor shall provide (1) year of software maintenance, service and support of XML Spy Professional XML Editor Software. The maintenance and support shall include unlimited web and telephone support for developers and administrators and all major and minor software upgrades. The software must be genuine brand name as requested by the Government. No equivalent items or substitutions will be accepted by the Government.
